This policy covers foundationpacca.com and The Foundation PAC text message program.

What we collect

When you sign up for texts we collect your first name, last name and mobile number. We also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time you signed up, and the page you signed up on. We do not store anything else, and this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to send you the text messages you signed up for.

Who handles it

No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional use. Two service providers handle it only on our behalf, to run this program: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, stores sign-ups and checks that the form is filled in by a person rather than a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile), and our texting vendor, which sends the messages.

How long we keep it

We keep each sign-up record for four years from the date of that sign-up, so we can show that you agreed to receive messages, and then delete it automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. To have your sign-up record deleted, email info@foundationpacca.com and tell us the mobile number. We will delete it, ask our texting vendor to remove the number, and confirm to you.
